1st Course:
Spinach and Artichoke Crostini with toasted ciabatta and fried prosciutto

2nd Course:
Pear and Gorgonzola Salad with candied walnuts, pickled onion and raspberries with an orange poppyseed vinaigrette

3rd Course:
Chef Lance's Turkey Wild Rice Soup

4th Course:
Sausage and Mushroom Couscous with local mushrooms, wilted greens and smoked gouda alfredo

5th Course:
Tempura Fried Shrimp with jasmine rice, vegetable confetti and sweet and sour sauce

6th Course:
Beef Caprese with beef tenderloin, yukon potato, fresh mozzarella and tomato basil au jus

7th Course:
Edible Chocolate Cup filled with white and dark chocolate mousse, berries and apricot glaze
